It won't be long....

... or at least that what the good doc thinks!!

Today I had my weekly OB checkup, and I'm 38.5 weeks -- technically 10 days out from the big day. ** However, I *KNOW* my actual due date is Sept 27th, which puts me one week from today...

Up until last week I was measuring right on target, but as of today, I'm measuring a "very small 36 weeks, almost 35 weeks". Which means that the baby is dropping! Woo-hoo! On top of that, I'm almost dilated to a 2.

He told me that it's purely a guess, but he thinks I'll be able to enjoy the nice weather this weekend, but I'll probably go shortly thereafter. He doesn't think I have much time left, especially considering this is my third baby, and he'll come quickly! So with that being said, I have a ton of errands to run tomorrow. There's a few odds and ends that I need to pick up at Target along with getting some laundry done, and resting! Oh, and as luck would have it, we're going out for Mexican food with the neighbors tomorrow night.

So who knows, this little guy just may make his arrival into the world a little sooner than I thought. I can't wait to meet him!!
