Mondays...

Monday is one of Caleb's favorite days of the week -- it's garbage day!! Oh, how he loves trucks (of all kinds) but garbage trucks top the list. The best part of garbage day??? Not only does the truck come by one time -- but three!! The first time is for yard waste, the second is for regular, run-of-the-mill trash, and the third time is for recycling. Since Katherine is now in preschool, and Caleb has story time, we miss the first two trucks, but *thankfully* we make it home for the recycling truck.

On a totally different note, Matt's parents get us gift certificates to Younkers for our birthday and Christmas. The plan is that we'll get another set of china so that someday each child can have a complete set from us. When Fran and Wendell were down for Caleb's birthday party, we finally got around to picking out the new set and this is it!!! I love it.... simple and classic. Something that I *pray* will never go out of style.

After church on Sunday, we went to the mall and ordered a few place settings. They didn't have any in the store, so we have to wait a few more days. They should have shipped out today, so hopefully by the end of the week, they'll be here. Can't wait to see them!
