On the way home from preschool Caleb and I always talk about his day -- usually the "really" important stuff, like if he had a special job (line leader, door holder, light helper), who brought snacks, what the show and tell item was, what special things they did, songs they sang, etc....
Well, today on the way home, Caleb told me that one certain little boy really got into big trouble today. The conversation went something like this....
Caleb: "Mommy, R really got into trouble today -- big time".
Me: What happened?
Caleb: He told the teacher that she was really foxed up! She got really mad, so I went up to her and said that we could say FOX in our house all the time. My Mommy doesn't think it's a bad word. We can say the name of any animal whenever we want!
Oh my heavens! How sweet and innocent is that???
As ironic is this is... some of the parents got pulled aside and told that their kids may have heard the "F" word.... I didn't get pulled aside, but clearly Caleb heard it!
