Katherine turned 7 on March 10th and we celebrated tons and tons and TONS! Literally, we had 10 or 11 different parties and it was a wonderful time for my little princess! Then after her birthday we took her up to the Mall of America and had a great little lunch at the American Girl Store with my mom, sister and niece Morgan. She used some of her birthday money to buy Rebecca, her newest doll. Since then, Rebecca and Kit (the doll she has in these pictures) have become best friends!

We stayed at a hotel right by the Mall of America and took the kids to this wonderful water park. Oh my goodness... they had a blast! Seriously, they can't wait to go back! So maybe sometime this summer we'll make a return trip.
