Costume party

What a week!! We've had more parties and get-togethers than I can count. Katherine has worn her costume for 4 or 5 days in row... We just keep celebrating and celebrating and celebrating... Everyone wants to get in on the action! It's a GOOD thing I came up with a costume!! LOL.

Last night the girls had a costume party at their ballet and tap classes. They were giddy dancing around in their princess dresses. Poor Katherine -- her costume was a good 4 or 5 inches too long. She had to keep hiking it up to her knees all night long! You couldn't even see her shoes!

Tomorrow Katherine will once again be wearing her costume. This time it'll be to preschool as they're having a Halloween party and going on a field trip. Since Matt has to work (it's earning season so the companies he covers are in the process of reporting their quarterly financials -- not to mention he's going to be on vacation all next week) and Caleb has Kindermusik, my mom is going to go with Katherine tomorrow. I wish I could have been there, but it's pretty hard for Grammy to get up and down off the floor 50 times in 45 minutes. So she's taking Katherine, and I'm taking Caleb. It works out well though ... Caleb is in desperate need of a haircut, and Katherine is looking forward to having Grammy with her.
